Hearts!

As if my roommate situation weren't bad enough I found out Friday in a madatory meeting by Conquest Housing that other roommate have been putting a tape recorder in our living room to catch us talking poorly of others. That one really takes the prize for Craziest Roommate Ever. Way to go!

The is for Usher

Usher if you are reading my blog (which I know you frequently do) you need to come out with a new CD...stat. It's been a little while since your last one and it would do everyone a service if you just got back into the studio and cracked out a few hits so I have something to listen to in my car. I mean I'm pretty sick of my other CDs and your's was one of my favorites to listen to. So get on that.. thanks honey, I'll see you later tonight when I stalk your house.

Oh, College

When I was a senior in high school, I swore I was not going the "average" college student. I was going to go to bed early and wake up early so I could go for a run or go to the gym before class. I was going to stay really close to my high school friends. I was going to cook healthy balenced meals. I was going to take my classes seriously and do all my work. I was not going to go out and party every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This all lasted for about my first week in college. In high school, I wasn't really a goodie goodie but I just couldn't really see myself falling into the "college" lifestyle. Now, I typicall wake up at abut noon, go to sleep around 2 or 3 in the morning and am lucky if I eat one actual healthy meal a day (extra points if I can get a vegtable in that meal.)

Conquest Meeting

So I have to attend a mandatory meeting with Conquest Housing tomorrow morning about our "roommate issues." I also recieved a letter from my roommate detailing a list of clothes she apprently left here. I kid you not this was a 2 page typed list which said she left such items as a, "Express coral tank." Don't worry, it's not pink, or even peach but a coral tank. So no she has called a meeting that all of us roommates must attend. She's a freaking crazy person!

American Idol

I don't really watch the show anymore but I have heard about this whole vote for the worst idea that's going around about getting Sangia to win so that the show will somehow lose its credibility. To be honest, I don't really know how voting him as the winner of the show will really prove anything. It will just show that voters do have an impact for who wins American Idol which is not really a bad thing and it really won't take away ratings from the show. The people that it really hurts are the other contestants on the show who actually do have talent and deserve to win.

The Row

So this past Thursday I hit up USC's good ol Frat Row with a few of my friends. I don't know what it is about the Row that just makes me feel so old. As I'm only a junior I really shouldn't feel old but whenever a young wide-eyed heavily drunk freashman comes up to me and asks how to get back to New/North from Royal street, I can't help but feel like I really have no place being there. Also, being a junior I like to think I've moved past taking shots from used cups from a $10 handle of vodka or mixing my shot with a nice swig of warm orange flavored Shasta, which has completly lost all of it's carbonation. On top of that I don't enjoy waiting in line for a good half hour to use a bathroom which has a single toliet which hasn't been cleaned in a good 10 years and has no toliet paper. The only reason I seem to go to the Row is because my friends are there, so to all my friends: how bout we stop this little outing and maybe go to a real club, eh?

Blades of Glory

So I went to go see the new Will Ferrel movie Bllades of Glory this weekend, and it was just as amazing as I thought it was gonna be! I don't want to give away anything for the people who haven't seen it, but anything staring Will Ferrell is good in my book. So watch the trailer and go see the movie!
